ActionCLUB

ActionCLUB is an amazing 14 week program for start-ups or those who are not ready for 1-to-1 coaching.

Here's how it works

It's 7 evening sessions on everything from setting your goals and vision right through to team building, marketing, sales and many of the basic fundamentals you need to get your business really moving. It's like getting a semester of business education but it's all proven in the real world and ready for you to implement immediately. ActionBOARD

ActionBOARD is an exciting program for business owners who have experience and who have enjoyed success. If you generate over $2 million in sales/year, but would like to benefit from the wisdom and experience of both a professional coach and other successful entrepreneurs, you will love ActionBOARD. It is a group of 8-12 successful entrepreneurs who function as each others' board of directors.We meet once per month for 1/2 day to solve problems, discuss opportunities, acquire new knowledge and network. Here are 9 reasons you should consider ActionBOARD as a tool for rapidly taking you to the next level.

1. Gain a new perspective on your business

ActionBOARD gives you access to fresh, reality based, objective evaluations of your business opportunities and challenges.You will get major assistance with the tough decisions that need to be made in your business.This Board consists of 6-9 other owners of similarly sized businesses.

2. Experience a different level of accountability and Commitment to achieve

As a member of the ActionBOARD, we want you to reach your targets and goals. You will set specific goals each month to achieve for the next ActionBOARD meeting. At each session Board Members will take their turn having your Board work on a key business challenge for that month. Your issues will be discussed indepth and constructive feedback given from all ActionBOARD Members. The Board will push you forward to make sure you strive to take action and meet your targets and goals.

It can be difficult finding the time to keep on top of all the changes required to successfully run a business. ActionBOARD aims to educate you on a new issue every meeting with a Topic of the Month segment that will focus on a key business area such as business expansion, staff remuneration and incentive schemes, team recruitment, and much more. Guest speakers will also be arranged to present specialized information.

5. Remove yourself from isolation

Being a business owner can sometimes be a lonely place. Being an ActionBOARD Member allows you to meet with like-minded business owners facing much the same challenges you are. This is a confidential forum in which you discuss your business and get help to reduce the stress associated with your level of responsibility.

6. Support outside the Boardroom

You won't be left without support between meetings. Each month you will have telephone access to your Chair in between Board Meetings. The level of phone support depends on your program level. In addition, you will meet with your fellow Board Members to brainstorm ideas and challenges between Board meetings.

7. Confidentiality

Trust is a critical element of an effective Board. Accordingly, every member, as a condition of participation must sign a detailed confidentiality agreement. As a result, all members have the confidence that allows you to engage in full and open dialogue and problem solving.

8. The networking opportunities

An ActionBOARD meeting includes a formal luncheon allowing you to network with your fellow members. You get to meet prospective clients and suppliers. In addition, as ActionBOARDs expand, there will be increasing opportunities for all the Boards to network together.Your Membership also entitles you to attend ActionCOACHS Quarterly Business Planning workshops free of charge. At these workshops you will be walked through the creation of your business improvement plan for the next quarter.

9. Personal Growth
