Every great performer has a coach. Full Stop.
A golfer can’t watch his own swing.
A soccer player can’t always see the plays she missed.
A musician may not see the opportunity that a change in tempo or volume presents.
And You?
You may not see what habits are holding you back; you may be unaware that activities that served you at one level of growth are blocking further growth. You may not know how to get the most out of your team, how to reach your customers, how to determine if you are making money or where your cash is going? You might be accepting your own excuses. Or, quite likely, you need to gain some new knowledge.
A coach helps you with all of this so that life becomes better and business becomes easier.

The Most Common Question..
The most common question I get about coaching is this:
What are you going to do for me?
Great question. The short answer? Get you to do what is best for you.
The long answer depends on what your specific issues and needs are.
As I’m sure you can imagine, the coaching of an owner of a $50 million business that is looking at bringing in professionalized management or international expansion or adding services is entirely different from the coaching of a 3-10 person company in which the owner is working too many hours and cash flow is tight.
The Coaching Process…
However, the way I work with each client is very similar. It looks something like this:
1) I ask you scads of questions about your business and your goals, review your financials, review your processes (if any) and examine your marketing materials.
2) You and I then agree on the priority areas to work on
3) Together, we build a 90 plan of specific activities we’ll pursue to address the priority issues.
4) Each week we meet, we work on putting those activities into action. We look at the how’s, we explore any obstacles and how to get around them and
5) We evaluate how all of this is working so we make each following plan even more effective
My role is to be your most unreasonable friend. The one person in your life with no agenda beyond seeing you succeed and who doesn’t accept excuses for you not reaching your goals.
The Results?
By focusing on a couple of priority activities each quarter, you make rapid gains in the growth of your business. Ask yourself this: how many small businesses have made 8 significant improvements over a one year period?
By focusing, by having someone to be accountable to and to have someone to train you, to push you and to help you find answers to your most vexing questions, you get there quicker.
At the end of the day, you experience:
More Money
More Time
More Fun!
