Success Circle Workshop Series
Once upon a time, it was very hard for entrepreneurs to learn what they needed. Workshops were offered. But there was a problem. Sure, the workshops were interesting. Sometimes the presenters were even great at pumping the crowd into frenzies.
The problem came afterwards. When people got home, they discovered that they didn't learn any "how to's". If they wanted "how to's", they would have to sign up for another seminar and then another, and then a weekend away and so on.
And the people were frustrated.
A coach started to become annoyed by this pattern. So, he decided to do something about it.
"What if", he thought "there was a workshop series that was so detailed and practical that people could walk out of every single session with information, tools and resources to take action on their own the next day?"
"And, what if", he continued, his excitement growing, "we could guide these entrepreneurs into creating plans. In that way, they would know not only what to do and how to do it, but also when?"
By this point, he was out of his chair, pacing energetically around his office. "And what if we made it a membership based program so there was continuity of learning, measurable results and opportunities for true relationship-building networking?"
And this is what was created when Warren agreed to sponsor and act as primary facilitator for the Success Circle Workshop Series.
By combining the Growth Club 90 Planning Sessions with an ongoing workshop series, this program helps entrepreneurs learn, grow, connect, plan and act to accelerate their success.
WHAT IS SUCCESS CIRCLE?
Success Circle is a monthly educational program for entrepreneurs that works on a 3-month cycle.
Month 1: 90-Day Planning Session
In this half-day on a Friday, Warren will facilitate Success Circle Members through the creation of a plan for their next quarter. Guided planning will take place. There is also time for breakfast networking and experiential training in Members’ areas of interest. (See the webinar 9 Critical Victory Factors to learn the various areas covered.).
Months 2 and 3: Intense Business Training
Months 2 and 3 dive deep into particular areas of your business that will help you execute your plans more successfully. There will be guest speakers from time to time to round out your learning in areas as diverse as fitness, wellness, personal financial management, investment, benefits programs, A/R collection, effective use of technology, sources of financing, reward and recognition, social media campaigns, dressing for success, and more.
